    "content": "Finally, on the issue of the Ligale Commission, this House is divided. Again, this is why I look at the Bible. We have a political class in this country that believes that “as long as it is good to me, it is well with my soul. As long as it is good to me, I do not care that it is injurious to another person.” I would like us to rise to the occasion. It is part of the reason you see some of us suffering in this country and you wonder whether we are Kenyans. It is part of the reason we talk about insecurity, underdevelopment and disasters. This is because when we get the opportunity to sit in these nice offices, with the mandate to serve the Republic of Kenya, we construe that mandate to mean serving your village community and being a tribalist per excellence."
