    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker. The issue of the East African Community (EAC) is very important. It is at the core of the original discussion today. We are using taxpayers’ money to be involved in the EAC. We, in this House, must be very well versed with the Community and the issues that are prevailing. That is because there are important Bills which will be brought before this House. As a Committee, we wish as many Members as possible to contribute to them. That is because, at some point, some of them will have effect on the legislation and Constitution."
