    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I also have other issues that I really want to raise with regard to the duties under Section 6. This is a good law which states that if a victim goes to report then the police within the station can provide shelter or medical assistance. Under the same section 6(3), of course, it was raised yesterday and we need also to address it critically; the police will not just come to arrest people haphazardly without a warrant. When you say that you can arrest without a warrant of arrest, I think that is something to be looked into so that policemen do not go beyond their powers to arrest people."
