"content": "Lastly but not least, I want to say that we had cases where stepmothers, stepfathers and stepbrothers abuse stepdaughters and defile them. It is very common and this Bill is providing for that. So, without wasting so much time, I support this Bill because it is basic. It is real; it is what is happening today and we should pass it so that we can rein in some sanity in the family."
