    "content": "Our Committee also looked at the report of the EALA on the Committee on accounts for on-spot assessment of the international audit systems of the East African institutions. There are various institutions that are owned by the EAC. One of them is the Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization. We have the Inter-University Council of East Africa and the Civil Aviation Safety and Security Oversight Agency, which is commonly known as “CASSOA”. It is worth noting that all these EAC institutions are based in Uganda."
