    "content": "A look the Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization was able to show the Committee that Rwanda and Burundi, despite having joined the EAC seven years ago, were not members of this Organization. This is the case yet they have done all that they were supposed to do to be admitted to the Organization. However, the recommendation was that the EAC expedites the process of amendment of the Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization Convention to be able to include Rwanda and Burundi, so that they can benefit out of the process."
