    "content": "We also looked at the Inter-University Council of East Africa. The purpose of this Council is to facilitate networking among universities within the EAC. The Committee of EALA noted that there were internal audit problems in some institutions within the Community. Even if this problem was there, it was not being addressed because no auditor had been employed to manage the institution. Overall speaking, the Inter- University Council of East Africa was best managed in terms of audit queries."
