    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I will go to the recommendations in view of the limitation of time. The Committee on Regional Integration noted the following seven recommendations. One of them is that there must be a proper oversight role given to the Assembly; there must be capacity building within East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), so that committees are able to understand their positions, and for more sensitisation.
