    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we have opened up Kenya to the East African region. We have done so to the extent that if you are not careful in the next 15 to 20 years we will be holding EAC elections and not Kenyan elections. In less than 25 years we will have decisions being made in Arusha and not at State House in Nairobi. That is why I want to invite Members of this National Assembly, Senate and any other legislating body in this country to take note of what happens at the EAC."
