Speaker, I would like to ask for direction because I know the rules say that if you are in a certain committee, you cannot ask questions, but the committee itself does not have an answer until they consult the relevant Ministries. I would like you to give direction because there are some questions that we would like to ask some Ministries pertaining to particular constituencies; it becomes very difficult to raise certain issues. It is another way of gagging ourselves when we are representatives of the people."
