"content": "Mr. Minister, I urge you to find a clear definition of a very serious role they must play. But they must also leave the professional side to the secretariat to do their job. That is because I saw it for many years. I have been in politics for a very long time. I have seen confusion between the commissioners and the secretariat. I remember what used to happen in Anniversary Towers. We all remember and we saw it. It did not happen in one election but many elections. We saw how easy it was. But the role of Parliament is important in having the right people in all cases. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of that team should be highly qualified. He should be a person who can earn the respect of all of us so that, when decisions are made, we accept them. He can easily convince his team of commissioners."
