    "content": "Administration and National Security. Over the years, a number of prisoners have been granted amnesty under circumstances that were not clear. Prisoners released are going back to crime. I would like to request the Chairperson to give the following information:- (i) the number of prisoners released under the programme in the last five years; and, (ii) the number of prisoners who have been jailed for long periods and who have since been provided with amnesty."
