    "content": "At the time of his death, he was a respected senior of our great Republic of Kenya and a valuable member of the Luo Council of Elders. On my behalf and on behalf of all the people of Rarieda, I wish to send my heartfelt condolences to his widow, Alice, his friends and confidante for many years, Mzee Mitura Ang’ina, his children, grand children, friends, relatives and all the people of the greater Bondo that hon. Ougo represented in this House with distinction. May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal peace. As I conclude, you will realise that in the House today, there are three of us who come from the greater Bondo Constituency, hon. Oburu Odinga, hon. Ochanda and myself. I would request your indulgence, because hon. Ougo represented the greater Bondo, to allow them, if they are in the House, to also pass their messages of condolence."
