    "content": "Hon. Speaker, if there is anything that is scaring people in this country, it is the way people are suffering. Alongside food, air and water, health is very key. I suggest that it is high time, especially for those of us who control money in this country, organized to have money going to the health sector in the counties and earmarked for medicine and other facilities, otherwise, we will lose our people."
