    "content": "However, something strikes. I think there are very many enemies of devolution. Let us face it. If there are problems in our health facilities we should look for a way of fixing them. The solution is not in reverting them to the national Government. You are talking about medicine. There were no medicines before county governments came into place. Our constituents used to go to health facilities and then to chemists to buy Government drugs which had been taken there. Telling us that we get back to the national Government is not a solution. The solution is finding what the problem is and looking for ways of fixing it."
