    "content": "Hon. Speaker, in my constituency, dispensaries have been closed because there are no doctors and medication. In one case, some donors decided to give medicines to some clinics but there were no doctors to administer the drugs. So, we are headed to a big problem, especially in areas of water, sanitation and health services."
