    "content": "In this Bill, there is something called “widow cleansing”. I do not know what “widow cleansing” means. The Committee must do a Report to this House to explain what “widow cleansing” means. The Bill also talks about damage to property and economic abuse. So, if your husband or your wife asks for an airtime of Kshs200, and you do not have it, it becomes economic abuse. You are taken to court."
