Members contributed to a Bill of this nature; we got a lot of ignorant noise and bashing from outside Parliament. But we have a duty and responsibility to talk and say our minds when we think something is wrong. It would be prudent to tell hon. Members to utilize their time in committees correctly. Hon. Speaker, this Bill has a few good things in it. But it has majority bad things in it as well.
