    "content": "we cannot do a Bill for or against individuals. It would have been good for this Committee--- They still have a chance to come up with things that prevent domestic violence; things that teach our children values. Hon. Speaker, I would be in support of a Bill in this House which proposes a curriculum change to teach our boys and girls good attitudes and respect for the other gender. We should teach our children good morals. We are not doing that in our schools. In fact, a lot of things we see on the streets are perpetuated by people who have never been told what is right and what is wrong. But, more so, there are many parts of this country which may have repugnant cultural practices, but may not be as bad as here. I even want to go further and propose that each county needs to come up with its own Bill on this subject. That is because what happens to men in Nyeri is not what happens to men in Garissa."
