You might decide by choice that the whole of this week is nil by mouth; you are not talking to each other. So, I do not whether, if you make that decision, you will be taken to court because you are not talking. Sometimes, you want to reflect on the whole issue and see whether you had to talk or not. What we call the “cold war” is not captured in this Bill and we need to capture it here.
