Speaker, as you properly guided this House, if this House looks at the proposed amendments by the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee that are annexed to this Bill, they will know that we had hon. T.J. Kajwang’, hon. David Ochieng and hon. Peter Kaluma who came out strongly to propose amendments to this Bill. The Committee agreed with them. That is why there is a report that is annexed to this Bill on the proposed amendments to the Bill."
