    "content": "I will go to the beautiful Sections of this Bill. Under Section 3 of this Bill, we have in the Children’s Act the rationale that the best interest of a child must be taken care of. What we have done in this Bill is to borrow what is provided for, for the best interest of the child in the Children’s Act and put it in this Bill. That is so that if a child is exposed to violence within a domestic arena, then the best interest of that child must be taken into account through the operationalization of this law."
