"content": "Hon. Speaker, this law says that if you are a lady and you look at a handsome man who looks like he is disciplined and well behaved, you cannot smile at him. If you smile at him, he will take you to court because that is deemed to be sexual violence. Some of us who are old, the only thing we can use is our eyes.
