    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, my substantive Minister responded to this Question on Wednesday, 4th May, 2011. However, the hon. Member raised a supplementary question seeking to know the names of the owners of the companies which were reportedly involved in the shipment of the consignment of ivory tusks. I wish to point out that my Ministry does not keep records of the ownership of companies registered within or outside Kenya. My Ministry has, therefore, written to the Registrar of Companies and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) for assistance in establishing the names of the owners of the Kenyan companies that were involved in the illegal shipment of ivory tusks. I wish to table the letters. I also undertake to table the names in this House as soon as I receive them."
