    "content": "The problem I am seeing in this Bill is that most of us are looking at it as if all the ills that it is seeking to address are actually ills that are visited on women. Therefore, the interpretation in their minds is that this Bill is for women, because most of the ills we are talking about are visited on women. Thinking of it the other way round, there are men who are also suffering. So, I do not think we should look at this Bill in terms of a man and woman. Look at the children and the elderly people.
