"content": "I want to speak about the boy-child. As much as women look like they are only advocating for the girl-child - particularly the County Women Representatives have been advocating for money so that they can promote boy-child mentorship. The boy-child mentorship is in the regulations that we are about to bring. The boy-child has been denied all the rights on the fact that a boy or a man is imagined to be capable of running his life. However, from what we see in the media or other experience that we come across, we know that boys could even be more victims than girls. We have even seen men who have been beaten and their face cut. These men do not have self-esteem to come and report these cases. This is because when one loses self-esteem he or she cannot continue with his or her life as expected."
