    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this Bill signals a change of attitude of spouses towards each other and towards the neighbour. Unless there is an attitude change; the way husbands look at their wives and vice versa we will continue to have a problem. As a clergyman, I know I am supposed to say that we only need to read the Bible. It is true that we would be all right if we follow the Bible. This is because Jesus gave us a new commandment; that we love one another. However, we have never lived to that standard."
