    "content": "I am not opposing this Bill because it is bad but there are other legislations that cater for this. We should not duplicate what is already there in other legislations. If it is domestic violence, it is catered for under the Penal Code. Child abuse is well provided for in the Children Act. So, we should not over legislate on matters which are very vague, especially on issues like emotional violence and economic violence. It is very hard to define some of those things. So, I am asking hon. Women Representative, we love them but as a family, that is our key. This is what has made this country to be where we are. We should respect those institutions because they are working. We should not over legislate."
