    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, unless we are dealing with a Government which is not serious in being accountable to the House and Kenyans--- How is it that the same Government can write a letter, which I hereby table, showing that they gave a company a PIN and Tax Number online and yet, it does not know who the directors of the company are? They even wrote indicating that they do not know who the directors are. Are we not exposing our country? What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that we get the names of the directors of those companies so that we know who is responsible for poaching?"
