I cannot see the Chair of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee, but after consultation with both the National Treasury and other key stakeholders, we have agreed that this Bill comes on Thursday, after both the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade and the Budget and Appropriations Committee do their reports. So, with your indulgence, I want to withdraw Order No.9(i) on behalf of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee."
