    "content": "Very well; I want to direct that we should use the recess period to try and get some form of public participation. I had indicated to hon. Lati that he should actively also get involved in discussions that will take place when your Committee invites the public to come and participate; we should not process it without public participation. This Order is also stood down and so is the business appearing as Order No.10, because it relates to the same Bill. There will be no Third Reading and no Committee Stage until after that engagement with the public has happened. We move to Order No.11."
