    "content": "A meeting with the Cabinet Secretary, the National Treasury, provided the Committee with an opportunity to understand the payment structure and availability of funds for the proposed system. The Committee held a meeting with the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government and the Public Procurement Oversight Authority (PPOA), and the Director of Procurement at the National Treasury. The meeting gave the Committee an opportunity to interrogate the various procurement requirements that had arisen in the course of meetings with other stakeholders."
