"content": "Hon. Speaker, Tetra Radio Limited, which won a 2002 tender by the then Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK), now Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK), but had the licence was cancelled by the Commission in 2008 due to their incapability to meet the terms of the tender agreement. So, Tetra Radio Limited moved to court and lodged a claim for the exclusive use of the frequency range 370 and 470 mhz for provision of communication system for the police, which was upheld by the court. The CCK appealed the decision and the case is currently before the Court of Appeal."
