    "content": "Hon. Lentoimaga knows that he comes from outlying areas of Kenya. Unless he wants to admit here that the lives of his people in Samburu are less valuable than the lives of the people in Nairobi, he should have no difficult in supporting this. My fifth amendment reads as follows:- “THAT, the Government ensures the implementation of the project leads to full automation of all related processes, including back office operation and the recording, retrieval and storage of information in the occurrence book.”"
