    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The Member who is just contributing to the Motion has clearly stated that she is a Member of this Committee. I wonder why she is misleading this House because she is referring to the tender as a “restricted tender” and yet, her Committee has said on page 22 that the foregoing circumstances justified direct procurement in that tender. Therefore, this was a direct procurement and not restricted tender. I wonder why she is misleading the House."
