    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer. We had discussed this issue briefly before we came to the House. Whereas I am happy that action was taken, we must appreciate that power was reconnected to Nyahera/Mkendwa/Kanyakwar Water Project only after I asked this Question. However, the fundamental issue is this: What action is the Assistant Minister taking to ensure that those water service providers are made to be self-sustainable so that power is not disconnected again very soon."
