I am at a loss by the Member misleading the House that he is supporting Safaricom to get that tender on the strength that they have the requisite network when, at the same time, he knows very well that in their Committee, they gave them that tender on the premise that it is going to bring on board a tenderer which failed called Huawei, because it does not have the necessary requisite experience and expertise. Again, we know very well that Safaricom does not have the network coverage for the entire 47 counties."
