Temporary Deputy Speaker, but despite all that technology, I believe it is high time as a country we also need to invest heavily in our personnel - that is the police and the people who will be manning those centres. To me, technology is not technology without the real people to operate it and my biggest fear, as was alluded to by hon. Nkaissery, is that if we are not having competent personnel on the ground, we are going to hand over our security details and operations. Immediately we hand over those details and operations, it will become very difficult to make sure that we are more secure."
