The Assistant Minister has water officers all over the country; it is still the responsibility of the Government to offer services to its citizens. What are you doing to ensure that the water officers monitor this and report promptly? There are some essential services, for example hospitals, which end up suffering. What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that these water officers give prompt information to his office when this happens?"
