The Water Act demands that the water boards only give water service providers the permission to provide water when they are financially viable. The two answers given on Nyakach and Kisumu Town West give the impression that these two water providers are not financially competent. So, can you confirm whether you will cancel their licences and give them to other water providers, which are able to pay the bills?"
