    "content": "However, at (5) we are now proposing that this should be done by the investigating officer. If you look at (5) we are now saying that despite any provisions in this Act, the victim’s statement shall be prepared by the investigating officer and yet, if you look at the nature of this Report, I think the body better suited is the victims’ services agency. So, the coherence of this Bill is going to be a problem if we just pass some of these amendments and I would like my Chair to consider this."
