    "content": "(6) Despite the above provisions, where a victim who is a person considered as a vulnerable victim is not able to act under this Act in person, the victim shall— (a) appoint a representative to act on their behalf; (b) request the victim officer to act on their behalf; or (c) in the case of a child, have the parent, guardian or legal representative acting on their behalf."
