(2)A child victim who is held in any institution shall be accorded treatment in accordance with the Children’s Act. 10(B) deals with the rights to choose whether or not to participate in restorative justice. That is again a right of a victim. It is giving the victim the right whether he or she would wish to participate in that particular system. That is whether they wish to be restored or they do not want. Again, that is in line with Article 159(3) of the Constitution."
