    "content": "With regard to 10E, rights of a child victim, again this is providing for an assessment in the unlikely event that a child who is vulnerable appears to those authorities, including the Director of Public Prosecution and the police that, that child may need to be housed in a different place other than where they normally live with the parents, guardians or caregivers. Then that child will be taken to a different place for safe custody and the courts will have to come in to make a decision, with respect to that. Again, we have made reference to the Children Act because it is more comprehensive in dealing with the Children’s rights."
