    "content": "Maybe the Chair can clarify on page 373, Clause 10A(d), “to cope with problems associated with victimization.” He has already specified some of them, such as injury, emotional trauma, access and participating in criminal justice process and participating in restorative justice. I hope the problems associated with victimization will not form part of where we will use this system to bribe the people who are concerned; to give bribes to the victims, for example, and say: “I cannot work now.
