Chairlady, I just want to sympathize with my Chairperson because he is going through these pains because of one very important issue in this country; that officers we charge with work do not work. So, we are being forced to reinstate a law in every other Act that we do. We have to reinstate rights, obligations and responsibilities. If people are going to be charged with implementing this law, they must use the kind of energy we are using in just reinstating this law. I want to support my Chair in doing that to ensure that the rights of the victims are upheld. I support."
