    "content": "Hon. Chair, I also rise to support. I agree with what hon. (Ms.) Odhiambo- Mabona has said. I was just looking at part (b) and I think our public authorities have the benefit of doubt. I was just requesting hon. Kang’ata to leave out the words ‘withheld by the prosecution’ so that the evidence that had been withheld means something that is already negative. Somebody is already doing something wrong. But if you left it at ‘left out’ we will be curing the mischief. I hope hon. Kang’ata accepts that."
