    "content": "This is a very important Bill. It is in fact as required under Article 50 of the Constitution. So, for Parliament not to appropriate any money to the Trust Fund, it would be unfair. So, the Committee felt that the National Assembly should appropriate some funds to this Fund. So, it includes the money that will be received by the Fund after Clause 16(d). So, we need to introduce: “Appropriated by the National Assembly."
