"content": "(1) The Cabinet Secretary may make regulations regarding procedures to be put in place to monitor and assess the proper application of and compliance with this Act. (2) The regulations contemplated in subsection (1) may— (a) provide that the implementation of this Act be monitored annually or at such other interval as may be prescribed, with the object of assessing the implications, effectiveness and proper application of and compliance with this Act; (b) be made after consultation with the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to women and children. (c) the authority of the Cabinet Secretary to make regulations under this Act shall be limited to bringing into effect the provisions of this Act and for the fulfilment of the objectives of this Act; and Cap. 2 No. 23 of 2013 The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
