    "content": "This is because it may be unconstitutional to limit the independence of the courts in the orders it should grant, secondly for attempting to regulate the appellate jurisdiction of the courts, in particular that of the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court by providing that an order, sentence or conviction may not be appealed from that particular court. That itself is unconstitutional because the Constitution provides for procedures of appeal. So, you cannot limit the power of appeal."
